AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING

Standard Delivery*

As a small team, we take care in packing and dispatching your order as quickly as possible. We aim to send all standard deliveries within 2 business days of your order being placed.

Australia Post estimates standard delivery will arrive within 7–10 business days from dispatch. While we’ll do our best to get your parcel to you within 10 days of ordering, please note that delivery times can vary depending on your location and postal delays outside our control.

Express Delivery*

Express orders will be dispatched on the day of order. We endeavour but do not guarantee, express delivery items to be delivered to you in 3 - 5 business days after the date of purchase.

Tracking Your Delivery

We use Australia Post parcel post bags for our delivery. As such, we are bound by their terms of service. To find out more, visit the Australia Post website and search for their terms of service. 

Parcel post bags include a tracking number. We will keep track of all deliveries and their tracking numbers. If your parcel is late, or if you wish to have the tracking number for your records, please contact us on evandale@lakeleather.com.au.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Customers ordering from locations outside Australia will be contacted within 24 hours with an additional shipping cost. International postage charges are dependant on package size and shipping location. Below is an estimate of shipping costs however this may vary and we will confirm an accurate price when we contact you.
