Sales Consultant | Evandale & Campbell Town
Lake Leather is expanding, and we have an exciting opportunity for a casual Sales Consultant to join our team across our Evandale & Campbell Town stores.
As a sales consultant you will work with the team to deliver a truly Lake Leather experience for our customers.
You will be part of our superstar retail team and will be passionate about growth and representing the brand in the North of Tasmania.
You should be a confident and motivated person who leads by example and can support the Store Manager to reach sales and productivity targets.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to a customer first culture and create meaningful experiences for the Lake Leather shopper.
- Keep yourself up to date with the latest products so you can share the knowledge with customers.
- Contribute to the smooth operations of the store through stock management and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with the team to reach sales and productivity targets.
Attributes you possess:
- Previous retail experience is preferred.
- A passion for all things Lake Leather.
- Flexibility to work weekends, lunch covers, ad-hoc day shifts across both locations
- Ability to build strong relationships in a the team.
- Ability to use point of sale systems and independently open and close the store.
