Lake Leather is expanding, and we have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team at our new North Hobart store.
To succeed in this role, you will be a highly organised, motivated, inspiring leader with at least 12 months experience in retail management.
You will be spearheading the opening of an entire new location and will be passionate about growth and representing the brand in the south of Tasmania.
You should be a confident leader who leads by example and can motivate staff to achieve goals and offer a truly Lake Leather experience to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Drive a customer first culture and create a meaningful experience for the Lake Leather shopper.
- Drive sales, profit and productivity by ensuring the achievement of targets as set by the business.
- Adhere to all company behaviours, policies and procedures.
- Lead a small team to success through inspirational leadership.
Attributes you possess:
- Previous management experience is a must.
- Proven ability to achieve sales, KPI’s and shrinkage targets.
- Ability to manage budgets and generate efficient rosters.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
